I suspect the Greens will fill all their ballot spots very quickly if they haven't already, and with legislation they would consider higher importance than this.
While I agree with this in principle, you'd have a tough time getting it through a parliament like this one.
By the by, I thought at first this page was about fictitious legal personhood :)

The Greens are already well-endowed with member's bills; from my ballot watching, they seem to have a big pool of them and just grab one from it when they need one. OTOH, they're also quite open to new ideas and willing to throw them in the ballot if they seem like a good idea at the time.
The people who are really going to need bills will be Labour MPs…
