Modify The Bill Of Rights With Respect To Act Members
The Bill of Rights and supporting legislation clearly needs to change with respect to the members of ACT.
I would suggest:
- add a clause 5.1 to the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act
(None of these rights shall apply to the ACT Party, its members and supporters).
- add a new section 150B to the Crimes Act
(For the purposes of this section, the definition of "person" shall not include members and supporters of the ACT Party).

A nice joke, but not very progressive. the point of universal human rights is that they're universal, and apply even to people we hate or who oppose them. Yes, even to David Garrett.
