Lower The Drinking Age To 16

Ideally this should form part of a broader bill legalising drugs in general, as part of a policy abolishing prohibition.
There should also be provisions for licensed premises specifically catering for young drinkers, as they have in Europe.
And it could be linked to another Bill increasing the driving age to 18, to drastically cut down on drink driving by young people.
